22 Found Guilty in Mount Vernon Municipal Court

Sixteen Found Guilty on February 20, 2024

MOUNT VERNON – Judge John Thatcher found sixteen guilty after hearings were held
in the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on February 20, 2024.
Matthew Carter, 38, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of assault.
Kiara Johnson, 24, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of disorderly conduct.
Jeremy Lamb, 38, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of possession of drug abuse
instruments.
Michael Schaade, 72, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of cruelty towards a
companion animal, depriving a companion animal of sustenance and abandonment of a
companion animal.
Darlene Cross, 64, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of possession of drug
paraphernalia.
Xavier Mason, 24, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of misdemeanor theft.
Carol Fullen, 61, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of failing to register a dog.
Valeria Lanham, 48, of Walhonding, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while
under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse and failure to use reasonable
control.
William Keimig, 19, of Steubenville, was found guilty of speeding.

Timothy McDonnell, 27, of Centerburg, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle
without a valid license and speeding.
Meredith Osei Ababio, 44, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of two counts of speeding.
Michelle Garcia, 36, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle
with fictitious plates.
Rylan Pritt, 26, of Mansfield, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a
certificate of title.
Jane Stockbridge, 22, of Cincinnati, was found guilty of speeding.
Tanner Treadway, 24, of Utica, was found guilty of speeding.
Kimberley Gleespen, 57, of Mansfield, was found guilty of speeding.
Assistant Law Director Steve Potts prosecuted all other cases on behalf of the City of
Mount Vernon, the State of Ohio, and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville,
Fredericktown and Gambier.

Grateful Beckers, 21, of Columbus, was found guilty of speeding.

Five Found Guilty on February 23, 2024

MOUNT VERNON – Judge John Thatcher found five guilty after hearings and court
trials were held in the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on February 23, 2024.
Larry McCoy, 45, of Heath, was found guilty of criminal trespass.
Duane Yoder, 21, of Wooster, was found guilty of speeding.
Matthew Gabel, 49, of Centerburg, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle
without a valid operator license and a seatbelt violation.
Emily Boyd, 41, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while
under a suspension and failure to use headlights.
Demetrice Tate, 40, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle
while under a suspension.

Assistant Law Director Steve Potts prosecuted these cases on behalf of the City of Mount
Vernon, the State of Ohio, and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville, Fredericktown and
Gambier.
