2024 Knox County Foundation scholarship applications now available

Mount Vernon, Ohio — Knox County Foundation is now accepting scholarship applications for the 2024-2025 school year.

For high school seniors, current college students, and adults intending to complete either an associates, bachelors, or doctorate degree, the Universal Scholarship Application is available online at https://knoxcf.awardspring.com. The 2024 submission deadline is 11:59pm on Friday, March 1s..

Due to the announcement of a delay in the release of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) applicant data to colleges and universities, the Foundation has changed its requirement for submitting the FAFSA Submission Summary by March 1st. All applicants wishing to be eligible for scholarships requiring a demonstration of need should read the FAQs under the “Grants and Scholarships” tab on the Foundation’s website.

The Foundation also offers Career and Technical Education scholarships to both high school seniors and adults wishing to complete a certification program of two years or less through an accredited institution. Applications are available as a fillable PDF directly on the Foundation’s website. There are three deadlines of March 15th, July 15th, and October 15th, to correspond with institutions’ varied start dates.

Requirements and instructions for both scholarship programs can be found on the Knox County Foundation’s website, www.knoxcf.org.
