17 Found Guilty in Mount Vernon Municipal Court

1 Found Guilty on July 3, 2023

Jarrod Wolfe, 31, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a vehicle under the
influence of alcohol and/or drug of abuse.

4 Found Guilty on July 5, 2023

James Ball, 24, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of possessing drug paraphernalia.
Wendy Carpenter, 52, of Heath, was found guilty of having an open container of alcohol
in a motor vehicle.
James Musselman Jr., 23, of Mount Gilead, was found guilty of disorderly conduct in
the presence of EMS personnel.
Russell Kennedy, 30, of Mount Gilead, was found guilty of driving without an operator’s
license.

12 Found Guilty on July 7, 2023

Nicole Wheeler, 35, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of theft and assault.
Shelby Fischer, 19, of Mansfield, was found guilty of persisting disorderly conduct.
Matthew Myers, 39 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of criminal trespass.
Monty Vamos, 24, of Marengo, was found guilty of driving under an FRA suspension
and speeding.
Lucas Wood, 20, of Danville, was found guilty of fictitious plates, driving under
suspension, and expired registration.

Bruce Stillman, 64, of Mount Vernon was found guilty of speeding.
Patricia Alverson, 30, of Utica, was found guilty of speeding.
Matthew Brown, 22, of Blacklick, was found guilty of speeding.
Joshua Hanna, 22, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of speeding.
Shane Weakley, 21, of Mount Vernon was found guilty of driving under an FRA
suspension.
Steve Poulin, 51, of Marengo, was found guilty of speeding.
Amanda Low, 38, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of driving under a license
forfeiture suspension and failing to obey a traffic control device.
Law Director, Robert Broeren, prosecuted these cases on behalf of the City of Mount
Vernon, the State of Ohio, and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville, Fredericktown and
