Come downtown to shop, dine, and enjoy the unveiling of some amazing window displays by our downtown businesses!

Dash for Dasher Scavenger Hunt!

December 4 – 24

Oh no! Santa has lost Dasher. Explore downtown following Santa’s clues to find his lost reindeer and have so much fun along the way!

The ultimate goal is to find Dasher, but you may find his other reindeer friends along the way too! Gain points for each reindeer you find and then drop off your completed booklet before Christmas Eve at the mailbox on the Welcome Center Front Porch for a chance to win a prize!
Pick up your booklet of clues at any of the following locations and start your hunt:

Saturdays, December 5, 12 & 19 1 to 3 p.m.

Visiting Santa will be little different this year, but we are committed to continuing this fun, community favorite tradition! We are taking all of the appropriate precautions to ensure this is a safe experience for everyone involved. There will be no physical contact with Santa this year, but there will be an opportunity to purchase a printed photograph for $10 by professional photographer, Kathy Brady of For His Glory Photography!

Photos by reservation, will take place at the Delaware Welcome Center (20 E William Street).

If visiting Santa in person isn’t your style this year, drop off your letter to Santa in the North Pole Post mailbox on the front porch of the Welcome Center!

Christmas at the Castle a Kingdom of Lights @ Landoll's Mohican Castle

Every evening in December the Castle becomes the most magical, jolly place to be! Our popular holiday tradition, Christmas at the Castle a Kingdom of Lights, returns for another year! Stroll the grounds and soak up the Holiday Spirit with over 100,000 lights, outdoor Christmas trees and, of course, your favorite Holiday tunes! And if you’ve been nice, you might even meet the man himself—Jolly Old Saint Nick drops down the chimney at The Pavilion to meet children of all ages every Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 8pm. Admission on Friday and Saturday is $8 per car and free all other evenings. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, choose from elevated homestyle favorites on our special Kingdom of Lights Feast Menu.

Conservatory Aglow @ Franklin Park Conservatory

Conservatory Aglow is a chance to experience Franklin Park Conservatory illuminated with dazzling light displays! Face coverings are required and ticket reservations are strongly encouraged.
A primarily outdoor experience, Conservatory Aglow is a chance to see the Children’s Garden, the Grand Mallway, and this year’s Paul Busse Garden Railway decked out in holiday light displays, as well as a color-changing Palm House illuminated by the “Light Raiment II” installation by James Turrell. The interior biomes are also open during Conservatory Aglow, including the Gingerbread Competition and the Chihuly glass art installations.
The Botanica Gift Shop & Greenhouse and food truck will be open during Conservatory Aglow, and live entertainment will also be available on select evenings. Check fpconservatory.org/conservatory-aglow for details.
Conservatory Aglow is presented by American Electric Power Foundation with lighting partner Ahlum & Arbor Tree Preservation.

Minerva Park Festival of Lights
