‘Post Your Love’ Art Display – Indian Mound Mall @ Indian Mound Mall

Love is in the air and on the wall with the new interactive Post Your Love art display at Indian Mound Mall. Guests of all ages are invited to participate by handwriting a sticky note celebrating the love in their lives, snapping a photo of the post-it and sharing it on social media using the #PostYourLove hashtag. 

 

“Personal handwritten notes are becoming even more special in this digital age,” said Linnea, Marketing Director at Indian Mound Mall “We believe that all love deserves to be recognized, and we look forward to seeing the heartwarming notes our guests create this Valentine’s Day season.”

 

The art display is located in the Food Court across from the entrance of the Play Area and will be on display through Feb. 29th

 

Post Your Love is part of Indian Mound Mall’s ongoing efforts to bring together the Heath community through engaging experiences year-round while marrying the physical and digital worlds to surprise and delight guests.

Get Crafty: Hearts @ Granville Public Library

Dueling Pianos to help United Way of Knox County @ Stein Brewing Company

Stein Brewing Company proudly is bringing the #1 Dueling Pianos group in the Midwest to Mount Vernon. A full night is planned for singing, great meal, fun and Philanthropy. Proceeds going to benefit The United Way of Knox County.

Stein Brewing will be hosting this fabulous event upstairs in the historic Woodward Opera House to ensure everyone will get a chance to enjoy the fun. Included with the Premium tickets will be drinks during the one hour Happy Hour from 5:30-6:30. Chef Erin Stevens is putting together a Surf and Turf dinner you won’t forget and will be serving at 6 pm. The the fun begins at approximately 7:15 as the Cleveland Keys take the stage to rock the night away with the #1 Dueling Piano group in the Midwest. The play about everything from rock to classics to new hits but best of all the show in interactive where YOU get a chance to make requests up on stage. Cash bar will be available all night long and we have 3 types of ways you can join in the historically fun night. We will be setting this event up with tables of 10 on the lower level of the Opera House with leaving plenty of room for the dance floor. We also will have seats available in the upstairs in General Admission.

1) Group Table — This gets you a group of 10 people with the opportunity to have your name or company name on the center piece. Also group tables you get a discounted ticket rate so if you are looking for a great company outing for staff or gather your group of friends we only have 20 total tables available for this great night. Tables of Ten will receive the Happy Hour, Full Dinner for 10, table signage and one of the 20 table available for this great event. Cost for a Table is $750 ($75/person).

2) Premium Ticket — This will get you at a seat at one of the designated tables on the lower level. For your premium ticket you will get access to the Happy Hour, Full Surf and Turf dinner and premium seating at a table on the lower level. Cost for a Premium Ticket is $85/person.

3) General Admission — This ticket will get you full access to the 4th floor seating section. There will be a cash bar available, free appetizer buffet (6:45-7:15) and entitles you to a seat in the balcony to rock out for this fun event. You will be available to enter the 4th floor starting at 6:45 pm and seating will be on a first come first available to be selected. All the seating on the 4th floor will be available for your choosing. These seats are $25 for a fun night of singing, fun and philanthropy.

Rough-and-tumble Annie Oakley is the best shot around. A backwoods gal, Annie uses her skill to support her family by selling the game she hunts. When she’s discovered by Buffalo Bill and persuaded to join his Wild West Show, Annie is plucked from obscurity and becomes the toast of Europe. Annie meets her match in Frank Butler, Buffalo Bill’s leading man and star marksman. This fictionalized version of the life of real-life sharpshooter Annie Oakley and her romance with Frank Butler boasts a score of Irving Berlin gems including “There’s No Business Like Show Business”, “I Got the Sun in the Mornin’”, “Anything You Can Do,” and a cast of characters that bring the Wild West to life! RYOT’s perfromances will feature the MidOhio Youth Jazz Orchestra.

Sweet Treats Dessert Festival @ The Exchange at Bridge Park

The Sweet Treats Dessert Festival is back! Join us on Sunday, February 2nd at The Exchange at Bridge Park for our sixth annual festival celebrating all things sweet!

The event will feature samples from some of Columbus’s Best Treat makers, interactive experiences, photo booths, local art, and more! Each ticket gets guests access to the full event and a treat sample from each local sweets maker.

Tickets are $15 and available for two timed sessions Noon-2pm or 2pm-4pm. A limited number of Early Bird tickets are available for $25 and give guests exclusive access to the event from 11am-Noon and include access to the Noon-2pm session.

We are excited to give back a portion of the ticket sales to The Columbus Foundation‘s Gifts of Kindness Fund again this year!
