Triple P for Baby Classes Help New Parents Build a Positive Foundation

Free program available to Knox County families this fall

Welcoming a new baby is exciting but can also feel overwhelming. That’s why the Knox Parent Support Initiative is offering Triple P for Baby, a free, research-backed program designed to help parents and caregivers feel confident and supported during their baby’s first months of life.

Triple P for Baby is part of the world-renowned Triple P – Positive Parenting Program® and provides parents with practical strategies for nurturing their baby’s growth and strengthening family relationships. The program is proven to help parents:

  • Support their baby’s social, emotional, and brain development
  • Confidently manage crying, sleep, and daily routines
  • Navigate partner conflicts and reduce stress
  • Understand their baby’s signals and encourage language learning
  • Care for their own emotional and mental health
  • Enjoy parenthood more fully

Upcoming Triple P for Baby Group Sessions:

  • Dates: September 16, 23, 30, and October 7
  • Time: 5:45–7:45 p.m.
  • Location: Wright Family Medical Pavilion, 1330 Coshocton Ave, Mount Vernon
  • Registration: www.triplep-parenting.com/knox
