Swappers Day 2020 Johnstown – CANCELLED

August 3 2020:  After reviewing the recent trend of the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the additional volunteers needed to keep our visitors and vendors safe, and the increasing risk that there would still be virus spread, the Johnstown Community Sportsman Club trustees have voted to cancel the 2020 Swappers Day scheduled for September 5, 6, and 7 2020.

We have examined every avenue we could to provide a safe experience for our loyal sellers and buyers, and have proceeded to this point hoping to see a better trend in the course of the virus.  We do not make this decision lightly, but believe it is important to the future of our Club, our army of volunteers, our Swappers Day vendors, and our visitors that we stay healthy and be there for each other next year.

We are encouraging vendors to roll over their site deposits until next year and hold their preferred spot on our grounds.  For those needing a refund, we will deduct a 10% administrative fee and will not guarantee your current spot at next year’s event.  Please email swappersday@jcscohio.org with your request, and we will process them in the order in which we receive them.
