In High School Baseball over the weekend:
Danville played Coshocton, but lost 8-1, then on Saturday the blue devils took on Cardington-Lincoln, but lost 4-3. Danville’s next game is against East Knox tomorrow.
For the number one team in the KMAC, East Knox,
On Friday they played against Mount Gilead and won 5-0, and on Saturday the Trojans took on Mount Vernon, but lost 15-5.
And For Fredericktown,
On Friday, the freddies fought against clear fork, and beat the colts 7-6.
In Softball,
For Centerburg,
On Friday, The trojans took on Buckeye valley, and won 3-1, their next game is against Pleasant this Thursday in the Division 5 sectionals.
For Danville:
On Saturday, the blue devils took on Cardington Lincoln, and the blue devils won 15-1. Danville’s next game is next tuesday
For Fredricktown:
Friday, the freddies took on clear fork, but lost 5-1. Their next game is against Northmore tonight.
In Track,
The Mount Vernon invitational was over the weekend, and the results on the boys side are East Knox taking 7th, Fredericktown placing 5th, Centerburg placing 4th, and Mount Vernon placing 2nd. And on the girls side, Centerburg took 8th, East Knox placed 6th, Fredericktown placed 4th, and Mount Vernon placed 1st. Congrats to our Track and Field Players
The Cleveland Guardians start their 3 game series against the Los Angeles Angels tonight, last night they finished their series against the Twins, but the twins won the series in the final game 5-4. The new series against the Angels starts tonight at 5:30 on WMVO Radio.
