Resolutions to be Presented

  1. Approve Salt Brine Application from TD Petroleum.
  2. Proclaim May 4th through May 10th, 2025, as Public Service Recognition Week.
  3. Approve Memorandum of Understanding between the Ohio Department of
    Transportation (ODOT), the Knox County Engineer, and the Ohio State Historic
    Preservation Office regarding the replacement of the Cooke Road Bridge over a
    Tributary of the North Branch of the Kokosing River in Middlebury Township (PID
    115515).
  4. Approve the Bond Release Request from Zayo Group, LLC, for completion of the
    Directional Boring for the Utility Permit Application from Baseline NXC, dated
    September 14, 2021 (Resolution 2021-776).
  5. Approve Auction Contract with Jagger Auctioneers for the Knox County Engineer’s Sale
    of Two Unneeded Vehicles.
  6. Approve Rural Transit Program SFY2025 Grant Program Year – Subaward Grant
    Agreement with Ohio Department of Transportation for Knox County Transit, in the
    amount of $166,000.00.
  7. Approve Amendment to the Contract between Knox County Department of Job and
    Family Services and Ohio District 5 – Area Agency on Aging, Inc., for Adult Protective
    Services. This amendment adds an additional $3,203.96 to the contract effective April 1,
    2024 through March 31, 2025. The contract amount is amended from $160,000.00 to
    $163,203.96.
  8. Approve Contractor Agreement between Knox County Department of Job and Family
    Services and Ohio District 5 – Area Agency on Aging, Inc., for Adult Protective Services.
    The contract effective date is April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026, in the amount of
    $160,000.00.

  9. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding for the Knox County Department of Job
    and Family Services – Local Workforce Area 7 – Workforce Innovation and Opportunity
    Act (WIOA) and Partnering Agencies for the Operation and Funding of Ohio Means Jobs
    Center.
  10. Approve Participation Agreement Regarding the Usage of the Agreement between the
    County Commissioners Association of Ohio (CCAO) Service Corporation and West
    Publishing Corporation – Thompson Reuters for the Knox County Department of Job and
    Family Services – Child Support Location Services for Non-Custodial Parents.
  11. Approve Knox County Sheriff – Jail Food Cost Per Meal Report for April 2025.
  12. Approve the Knox County Treasurer Depository and Investment Income Report for April
    2025, in the amount of $204,282.84, including the General Fund Interest Income of
    $11,477.40. The Program Income Fund Interest Earned is $2.07 for April 2025.
