   Road Bridge Replacement – increase of $156,823.92, for final quantities.
2. Approve Change Order No. 5 from Law General Contracting, Inc., for Danville Amity
   Road Safety Improvement Project – increase of $21,942.93 for miscellaneous drainage
   items.
3. Approve Change Order No. 6 from Law General Contracting, Inc., for Danville Amity
   Road Safety Improvement Project – increase of $42,786.08 for quantity overruns for
   base, intermediate and surface course asphalt.
4. Approve Contractor’s Application for Payment No. 5 from Law General Contracting,
   Inc., for Danville Amity Road Safety Improvement Project in the amount of $888,025.99.
5. Approve Utility Permit from Licking Rural Electrification for 15660 Gilchrist Road in
   Monroe Township.
6. Approve the Ohio Department of Natural Resources – Division of Parks and Watercraft –
   Marine Patrol Assistance Grant Program – Application for Assistance for the Knox
   County Sheriff’s Office.
7. Approve Advertisement in the Mount Vernon News for a Public Notice for a Public
   Viewing and Public Hearing for the Petition to Vacate an Abandoned Alley in Clinton
   Township.
   Approval of Transfer of Funds, Supplemental Appropriations and Bills
