1. Approve the Elimination of the Reserve Balance Account in the General Fund Budget
   effective December 31, 2024.
2. Approve to Rescind Resolution 2019-965, dated December 3, 2019, Establishment of a
   Budget Stabilization Fund and Replace with the Establishment of an Accumulated
   Payroll Reserve Fund.
3. Approve Advertisement of Public Notice in the Mount Vernon News for Knox County
   Department of Job and Family Services – Family and Children First Council filing of
   Unaudited Annual Financial Report.
4. Approve Equipment Lease – Purchase Agreement with Motorola Solutions for the Knox
   County Sheriff’s Office Radio Equipment.
5. Approve Utility Permit Application from Spectrum for Flat Run Road and Tiger Valley
   Road in Union Township.
